You’ll receive two invitations: one to your Google Drive folder (where all project assets will live), and one to The Source—our project management hub where tasks, timelines, approvals, and updates are tracked. thesource.digitalarchitects.com

Client Onboarding Authorization

This form serves as a formal agreement between the company specified above (“The Client”) and YFBGS Digital Architects (“The Agency”).

Scope of Authorization

By signing this form, The Client authorizes Digital Architects to access and/or audit the following:

• Websites and hosting platforms

• Analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)

• Advertising accounts (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)

• Social media profiles

• Any additional platforms or properties referenced in this form or in any prior written agreements with Digital Architects.

Minimum Engagement Fee

Upon submission of this form, The Client agrees to a minimum engagement fee of $1,500. This fee covers the preliminary work, audits, and account setup initiated by Digital Architects as part of onboarding. If The Client chooses not to proceed with a full engagement or project following onboarding, this fee is still due and payable in full.

Consent to Begin Work

This form grants Digital Architects permission to initiate the onboarding process and complete the preliminary scope of work necessary to begin service delivery.

Authorized Decision Makers

The individuals listed above are acknowledged to have full authority to make decisions and approve access on behalf of The Client.

Confidentiality and Ownership

All data, audit results, and deliverables from the onboarding process will remain confidential and are considered the property of The Client. No additional work beyond onboarding will commence without further written approval from an authorized representative of The Client.

If a separate scope of work or contract has already been executed, this form serves as the first step in activating that agreement.
